Customer Harassment Policy

1. Introduction

DHA Corporation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to providing high-quality products and sincere customer support through our telecommunications business "DHA MOBILE (Nippon SIM / DHA SIM)" and our food and beverage business "Tanki" (Taiwanese Oolong Tea) to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers.

We sincerely listen to the valuable feedback and requests received from our customers and utilize them to improve our services and product quality. However, in our daily operations and support, we occasionally experience actions by a small number of customers that exceed socially accepted limits (hereinafter referred to as "Customer Harassment") against our employees (including directors, full-time employees, contract employees, dispatched workers, and part-time staff; hereinafter referred to as "Employees").

Protecting the mental and physical safety, health, and dignity of our Employees is an essential foundation for consistently providing high-quality services to all customers. To ensure a safe and vibrant work environment for our Employees and to maintain a fair and healthy business environment, we have established this "Customer Harassment Policy."

2. Definition of Customer Harassment

Customer claims or behavior where the demand lacks reasonable justification, or even if the demand is reasonable, the means or manner of making the demand is considered socially unacceptable, thereby harming the working environment of our Employees.

3. Our Response to Customer Harassment

We will first strive to respond calmly and sincerely to any feedback or concerns raised by our customers. However, in order to protect our Employees, we may reluctantly decline transactions or support services in the event of behavior deemed to be Customer Harassment. Furthermore, in cases of particularly malicious conduct, we will consult with the police, attorneys, or other appropriate institutions to take necessary measures.

4. Internal Initiatives

To ensure a safe and supportive work environment where our Employees can work with peace of mind, we will thoroughly publicize this policy internally and conduct appropriate training. We will also prioritize the mental and physical care of any affected Employees in the event of an incident.

5. Request to Customers

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the vast majority of our customers who use our services and visit our stores with warm understanding and mutual respect.

In order to continue providing high-quality and stable services to all customers, and to build a fair and healthy business environment together, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy.
